Teacherperson has inspired me to keep a food journal. I'm including my hydration because that's something I'm trying to be careful about.
The calculator above was sent to me by one of my oldest and dearest friends, who just happens to be a nurse practitioner in women's health (and a lactation consultant for La Leche League). When I asked her about how much water I should be drinking (I knew that the medical world changed their minds on this issue some time in the past decade) she sent me the calculator above and the following articles.
